The clock starts when both of those are done, not when you first reach out. We are a family-owned shop, so materials for your order get bought when your payment lands. Prompt payment is what keeps your job moving instead of waiting.
Paying by ACH or check adds a few days, since production does not begin until it clears. On a tight deadline, a card or one of the instant options is safer.
Vector files give the cleanest result. If all you have is a photo or a screenshot, send it anyway and we will tell you what can be done with it.

Some product categories need equipment that costs more than our entire shop. Buying it to run occasional jobs would push that cost into every quote we write, so we do not.
Instead we work with other small businesses that specialize in exactly that one thing. Same partners for years, bought at wholesale, and that pricing is passed through to you rather than marked up.
It comes down to size and volume: work that is physically wider than our equipment can take, or quantities high enough that producing them here would cost you more than it should.
